CORE VALUES

Critical Reflection

This core value challenges traditional ways of “thinking”, “being”, and “doing” through a critical examination of schools’ and/or educators’ assets and opportunities.

Open & Honest Dialogue

Intentional spaces are created for honest dialogue. This honest dialogue will occur within and between educators (or within and between educator and coach) with the goal of working and growing into the “best versions of ourselves.”

Intentional Action

Educators will leave the professional development or coaching experience with an action plan that will include strategies and resources. If implemented with fidelity, these actions will drive growth and impact student learning.

TESTIMONIALS

”When I worked as a school Administrator, Dr. Waldon served as my mentor, coach, teacher, and marketing specialist! We were up for a school evaluation, and because she coached and mentored my teachers very well, the evaluators stated: “This is the most well-prepared group of teachers we have had the privilege of evaluating at any school!” Dr. Waldon’s energy, drive, motivation, creativity and passion is evident in her work and rubbed off on me and my teachers!”
